Emergency Heating Call-outs
Fast Response When You Need It Most
A heating emergency doesn't wait for a convenient time. At Home Heat, we understand the disruption a faulty boiler causes and offer fast, safe repairs by qualified Gas Safe engineers across Coventry and Warwickshire, prioritising urgent situations to get your heating back on track with minimal fuss.
How It Works
Our team asks targeted questions to understand the symptoms and urgency of your issue.
What Counts as a Heating Emergency
No Heating or Hot Water
Often caused by faulty components, loss of power, or system blockages.
Gas Leak Investigation
Suspected leaks are treated as a priority and made safe as quickly as possible.
Carbon Monoxide Alarm Response
A triggered alarm needs immediate attention from a Gas Safe engineer.
Boiler Keeps Switching Off
Often caused by thermostat faults, blocked condensate pipes, or overheating.
What to Do Before We Arrive
Check your boiler pressure gauge, and if it's below 1 bar, top it up using the filling loop according to your boiler's manual. Try resetting the boiler once to see if that resolves the issue, but avoid repeated resets.
If you notice leaks, turn off the boiler and isolate the system using the stopcock if possible. Don't attempt any repairs yourself - only perform safe checks, and avoid opening the boiler casing or tampering with gas components. Make sure the engineer can easily access the boiler and relevant pipework.
How Quickly Can You Get to Me?
Our engineers aim to diagnose and repair boiler faults as quickly as possible, often the same day or within 24 hours, depending on parts availability. Contact us early to secure the earliest available slot.
Areas We Cover
Emergency call-outs are available across Coventry and Warwickshire, including Coventry, Leamington Spa, Kenilworth, Balsall Common and Warwick.
Whether you live in a modern apartment or an older terraced house, our local engineers are familiar with the heating systems commonly found in these areas, enabling efficient diagnosis and repair.

If You Smell Gas
If you suspect a gas leak, turn off the gas supply at the mains if it's safe to do so, avoid using electrical switches or naked flames, open windows to ventilate the area, and leave the property. Contact the National Gas Emergency Number on 0800 111 999, then get in touch with Home Heat.
