With 25 years of experience as qualified gas engineers, our team uses advanced techniques to eliminate sludge, debris, and corrosion from your system, improving performance and extending its lifespan.

How It Works
Water sample analysis, system pressure and flow checks, radiator temperature profiling, and identification of circulation issues.
Why Choose us for Power Flushing & System Cleaning?
Fully Qualified Engineers
Every powerflush and Magnacleanse treatment is carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer trained specifically in system cleaning techniques.
Trusted, Accredited Standards
As a Which? Trusted Trader, our procedures have been independently assessed by trading standards professionals.
Purpose-Built Equipment
We invest in professional-grade powerflushing machines and Magnacleanse units, rather than relying on basic tools that leave sludge behind.
Warranty-Safe Cleaning
Our methods are approved by Worcester Bosch, Vaillant and Baxi, so a clean won't invalidate your boiler's manufacturer warranty.
What is Powerflushing?
Powerflushing is a high-pressure cleaning process that removes harmful deposits from your central heating system. Over time, systems accumulate sludge, limescale, corrosion debris and flux residue left over from installation.
These contaminants cause cold spots on radiators, reduced heating efficiency, increased energy bills, excessive noise like kettling or banging, frequent system breakdowns, and premature boiler failure.
What is Magnacleanse?
Magnacleanse is an advanced system cleaning technology that uses powerful magnets to extract iron oxide particles from your heating system. It's less disruptive than traditional powerflushing, can often be completed in 2-3 hours, is particularly effective for newer systems with light contamination, makes excellent preparation before installing a new boiler, and can be performed with minimal system drain-down.
Powerflushing vs. Magnacleanse
Powerflushing is ideal for heavily contaminated older systems, systems with severe circulation issues, properties with multiple radiator cold spots, and pre-installation cleaning for maximum protection.
Magnacleanse is ideal for newer systems with light contamination, properties where minimal disruption is preferred, maintenance cleaning of generally healthy systems, and quick turnaround situations.
When Do You Need Powerflushing or Magnacleanse?
We recommend these services when installing a new boiler to protect your investment, if you're experiencing cold spots on radiators or reduced heating efficiency, hearing unusual noises from your boiler or radiators, finding black water when bleeding radiators, suffering from frequent pump failures, or preparing an older system for a new installation.
